What are the delivery charges?

All orders that are destined for delivery to a UK mainland address are sent free of charge. If you require an item to be delivered to a non-UK mainland address, please email sales@thainleisure.com or call us on +44 1409 240043 and we will quote you a competitive rate for delivery. Where we do have to charge for delivery, all charges are at cost - we do not make a profit on delivery charges.

For orders for delivery to Europe and the rest of the world, our delivery charges are applied according to a simple banding structure based on the weight of your total order and where you are located in the world. We do not seek to make a profit on delivery charges and try only to cover our costs. There is only one delivery charge per order. Delivery charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate (if applicable).

All goods are usually dispatched the same day if orders are received before 12:00 Noon. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the first working day thereafter. Goods are sent via Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery or equivalent parcel service depending upon weight to UK and European addresses. For a faster service to Europe, Courier service may also be selected. Courier service is used for all deliveries outside of the mainland UK & Europe.

For deliveries overseas, your shipping charges will be determined by your country of delivery, which is set once you have registered in 'My Account'. To determine what charges are made for your country, simply complete the account registration, then add items to your basket as normal. The delivery charges for your specific country (UK,Europe,ROW1 or ROW2) will then show on your order.

In some cases we may not be able to deliver to certain countries for contractual reasons. In these situations, you will receive a full refund and your enquiry will be forwarded to the country distributor for follow up locally.

Risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to you at the time the Goods are delivered or collected by you.
